Research uncovered that various ethnic groups were under-represented in the Award - mainly due to parental and carer perceptions of the Award. Our solution? Focus on the tangible benefits the Award brings to people's lives and back this up with testimonial support from participants, parents and employers.
We developed an information piece, downloadable templates and PowerPoint presentations to address this. The downloadable material can be customised to feature imagery that's more reflective of the audience Award workers might be speaking with.
